According to the company, its goal is that during this 2021 they work here hand in hand with 500 companies to digitize and automate their processes, always focusing on the collaborators of the organizations.
In general terms, the startup works through a platform that helps companies with a global management of the human resources area. Since its inception until today, the company has already added 60,000 clients in a total of 40 countries.
In particular, the company hopes to establish good relationships with organizations in the small and medium-sized business (SME) segment, as well as with companies in the financial technology sector, which is growing in this territory.
“What Factorial proposes is, through friendly and accessible software, to centralize human management processes, as well as employee files, vacations, assistance, KPI’s, evaluations, surveys, recruitment, among others,” says the firm .
According to the founders of Factorial, through the proposal they have, they can help companies reduce up to 60 hours a month of repetitive tasks and administrative work.
“Although the pandemic has brought crisis and uncertainty, it has also accelerated the digital transformation and has shown that technology is not the end but the means to achieve the objectives,” said Rodrigo Manjarrez, Regional Sales Manager for Mexico of the startup.
According to the manager, Mexico today represents different opportunities for the company, so they are already working to be able to contribute to the companies they work with and, at the same time, to continue growing.
“We see a great opportunity to help companies, especially SMEs. We want to help and offer support for the digital transformation from the most human side ”, concludes the executive.
